               Litomerice, Czech Republic

At the confluence of the Labe (Elbe) and Ohre Rivers, in the picturesque Ceske Stredohori region, lies Litomerice, one of the oldest and most beautiful towns in the Czech Republic. The surrounding countryside is often referred to as the "Garden of Bohemia", and the same name is used for an annual fair held in Litomerice.

Currently the city is home to about 26,000 people. It is one of the oldest Czech towns established in the 10th century at the place of an early medieval Slavic fort. The Royal Town statute was granted in 1219.

From the 12th to the 17th century it was a significant trade center in the Holy Roman Empire.

This is Graffiti... Well, a more cultured form...
